What is the booking process?
The booking process is as simple as 1-2-3!
1: Explore the website and discover which package you would like. Reach out using the contact information below at the bottom of this page to book your shoot!

2: After availability is discussed, you will receive an email with the confirmation of date, time, and location along with your booking contract.
It is required that you return a signed copy of the contract and pay a non-refundable down payment of 25% of the package price at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
3. During the time between your booking and your shoot, you can keep in touch and ask any questions you wish to make sure you are comfortable and prepared for your shoot. For weddings, the consultation will occur soon after booking.
The final 75% of your payment is due one week before your shoot. For weddings only, the final payment is due two weeks before the day.
Your photographer will send a message via your preferred method of communication to remind you that your fantastic shoot is one week, and then one day away. Get ready for your shoot and have fun!
Why is a contract required for booking?
A contract is required to book with Flutter By LLC for the photographer's protection as well as yours! Contracts are standard practice when booking with photographers because it clearly outlines the expectations and responsibilities of both parties, including usage rights, payment terms, cancellation policies, and other important details.
When should you book your photo session?
The sooner the better! The earlier you book your photography session (especially weddings) the more likely your photographer will be able add you to their schedule.

Last minute photography sessions may incur an extra charge.
What should you bring to your photography session?
You are encouraged to bring any props or outfits you like to your photo session (be sure to make sure your package includes the option for changing outfits!)

How do you get your photographs?
Flutter By LLC works with ShootProof to deliver your photographs directly to you via high-resolution downloads. Easy peasy!
After your special photo shoot, your photos will be professionally edited by your photographer into high-resolution JPEGs. They will then send you a private, password-protected link to your online gallery between 1-3 weeks after your shoot. Feel free to share the link with your friends and family! The link will be active for three months after it is published, allowing you plenty of time to download all photos.
Want prints of your fabulous photos?
When you get your link on ShootProof, you will see the option to purchase prints as well as download your images, making it simple and hassle free!
There will be options for various print sizes on photographic paper, canvas, and even metal! Flutter By uses Bay Photo, a professional printing service that will deliver stunning prints directly to the address of your choosing.
Payment Options
Payment for 25% of your chosen package is due when you book your photo shoot session or 100% in the case of last minute sessions (less than two weeks notice). The final 75% of your payment is due one week before your specified shoot date.

For WEDDINGS, a down payment of 25% of your chosen package is due at the time of booking, with the remaining payment due TWO WEEKS before the event date specified in the contract.
Flutter By LLC accepts cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp payments.
